Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a low-melting-point polymer microsphere preparation method and device, and belongs to the field of polymer microsphere preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing low-melting-point macromolecules in hot water containing an emulsifier in a molten liquid drop form under a stirring condition, and pre-emulsifying to obtain pre-emulsified liquid; pressing the hot pre-emulsification liquid into a porous membrane by adopting set pressure, and obtaining microsphere emulsion with uniform particle size after set membrane passing times; and rapidly cooling the microsphere emulsion to a temperature below a polymer melting point, carrying out solid-liquid separation, removing supernatant to obtain cured microspheres, and then washing and drying to obtain the polymer microspheres with uniform particle sizes.
