The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing glucose modified castor oil polyol, flame-retardant modified castor oil polyol, toughening modified castor oil polyol, dihydroxy castor oil, a foaming agent, triethylene diamine, a silicone oil foam stabilizer and deionized water to obtain a raw material A; uniformly mixing the isocyanate modified graphene oxide and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate to obtain a raw material B; and adding the raw material B into the raw material A, stirring for 8-15 seconds, injecting into a mold, and closing the mold for foaming to obtain the high-strength high-temperature-resistant flame-retardant ceiling.
