The invention provides a non-intrusive power load decomposition method and system, and relates to the technical field of power monitoring, and the method comprises the steps: analyzing a power difference value between the total load power at the current moment and the total load power at a previous sampling time point according to the total load power of a home-entry bus at the current moment; according to the power difference value and the abrupt change power threshold value, when it is judged that the load equipment on the home-entry bus changes, starting from the change time point of the load equipment, generating a real-time power change curve graph; analyzing the similarity between the real-time power change curve graph and a standard power change curve graph corresponding to each kind of load equipment in the load equipment set; and when the similarity is greater than a similarity threshold, determining that the load equipment corresponding to the similarity is a changing load, and decomposing the total
