Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for coating a ZTA particle surface with a high expansion coefficient film, and the method comprises the following steps: carrying out first ball milling on a raw material of a frit, placing the frit in an environment of 1000-1050 DEG C, further raising the environment temperature to 1400-1450 DEG C, and carrying out heat preservation to obtain a smelted frit; the smelted frit is subjected to water quenching, and frit fragments are obtained; mixing the frit fragments with a surfactant and a binder in water, and carrying out second ball milling to obtain a surface coating agent; the surfaces of the ZTA particles are coated with a surface coating agent; carrying out heat treatment on the ZTA particles subjected to surface coating; the glass material comprises the following raw materials: 30-35% of ferric silicate, 30-40% of silicon dioxide, 10-15% of boric acid, 8-10% of sodium carbonate, 5-6% of aluminum oxide and 3-5% of vanadium pentoxide.
