The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an absorption contrast image, a dark field contrast image and a differential phase contrast image of a tested sample; performing decomposition to obtain a corresponding first decomposition component, a corresponding second decomposition component and a corresponding third decomposition component; preprocessing before fusion is carried out to obtain preprocessed results; respectively fusing the preprocessed results to obtain a second fusion empirical mode component and a second fusion residual component; performing detail enhancement processing to obtain a second enhanced empirical mode component, and performing contrast enhancement processing to obtain a second enhanced residual component; and carrying out reconstruction, and carrying out image definition processing to obtain a reconstructed image.
