The method comprises the steps of creating a to-be-produced task label; according to the label of the to-be-produced task and the historical completion condition of the to-be-produced task, cultivating the target weight of the in-research production line personnel tending to initialize the to-be-produced task; calculating a target weight distance between two nodes of the under-research production line personnel of the to-be-produced task; marking the production scheduling flow direction of the in-research production line personnel of the to-be-produced task according to the target weight distance directed graph; calculating the shortest path of the production scheduling directed graph of the in-research production line personnel of the to-be-produced task according to the production scheduling flow direction of the in-research production lin
