Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to cellular microcells, each comprising, sequentially organized around at least one cavity:-at least one inner layer of human cells during the differentiation of the cells into cardiac cells, expressing at least one gene selected from the group consisting of PDGFR [alpha], MESP-1, NKX2-5, GATA4, MEF2C, TBX20, ISL1, TBX5,-at least one intermediate layer of an isotonic aqueous solution, and-at least one outer layer of a hydrogel,-at least one inner layer of human cells, during the differentiation of the cells into cardiac cells, which expresses at least one gene selected from the group consisting of PDGFR [alpha], MESP-1, NKX2-5, GATA4, MEF2C, TBX20, ISL1, TBX5. The invention also relates to cardiac tissue obtained from these microcompartments and to the use thereof, in particular in the treatment of cardiac disorders.
