According to the method, a 18650 type lithium ion battery test data set disclosed by NASA is adopted, a Pearson's correlation coefficient method and a grey correlation analysis method are introduced to extract characteristic data having strong correlation with battery capacity indexes according to change conditions of various indexes of the battery during charging and discharging, and a health factor based on fusion of two time sequences is provided. Therefore, the simplest data used for residual service life prediction can be extracted, and the internal law of battery life attenuation can be revealed.
