Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses application of a TMED8 gene in preparation of a pancreatic cancer drug and a diagnostic kit thereof, and belongs to the technical field of tumor precision medical treatment. It is found that after TMED8 gene expression is up-regulated, the migration and multiplication capacity of pancreatic cancer cells is obviously inhibited, and apoptosis of the pancreatic cancer cells is promoted; the invention also finds that the TMED8 gene is related to the MAPK signal pathway. Therefore, the TMED8 can be used as an effective target for pancreatic cancer gene diagnosis and treatment. The expression condition of TMED8 in pancreatic cancer, the relationship between TMED8 and prognosis and survival of a patient and the influence on biological behavioristics of pancreatic cancer cells are explored for the first time, and close correlation between a possible action mechanism and an MAPK signal channel is explored.
