The method comprises the following steps: alternately laying a resin film and high-thermal-conductivity fibers, compacting, and compounding to obtain a preform; the prefabricated body is cut in the direction perpendicular to the Z direction, and a resin film with Z-direction fibers is obtained; and infiltrating a resin film with Z-direction fibers into the fiber laying layer by adopting an RFI process to obtain the high-thermal-conductivity composite material.
