Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a high-yield and high-quality steel ingot direct rolling forming method which comprises the following steps: 1) selecting high-quality scrap steel for steel ingot smelting, adopting an LF + VD refining process, and covering and slowly cooling a casting blank for more than 96 hours; (2) the steel ingot is cleaned at the temperature of 150-250 DEG C, and the whole upper surface and the whole lower surface of the steel ingot are cleaned; 3) charging and heating the steel ingot, putting the steel ingot into a soaking pit furnace when the soaking pit furnace is cooled to 600-650 DEG C, gradually heating to 1260-1280 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 14-20 hours and the total heating time for 30-40 hours; (4) steel ingot rolling is carried out, a double-rack rolling mill is adopted for rolling, the rolling starting temperature ranges from 1150 DEG C to 1200 DEG C, and the rolling finishing temperature ranges from 900 DEG C to 950 DEG C; (5) steel plate slow cooling is carried out, afte |
