The tungsten-doped nickel-rich NCM94 positive electrode material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is relatively high in nickel content, and the battery capacity and the stability can be improved. The tungsten-doped nickel-rich NCM94 positive electrode material shows good long cycle stability and excellent rate capability in an all-solid-state lithium ion battery based on sulfide electrolyte, and a new thought is provided for a modification method of a solid-state battery positive electrode interface. 本发明属于锂离子电池领域,公开了一种钨掺杂富镍NCM94正极材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明制备方法制备得到的钨掺杂富镍NCM94正极材料,镍含量较高,能够提升电池容量增强稳定性。用该钨掺杂富镍NCM94正极材料在以硫化物电解质为基础的全固态锂离子电池中表现良好的长循环稳定性与优异的倍率性能,为固态电池正极界面的改性方法提供了一种新思路。
