The isolation-transformer-free flexible interconnection control system comprises a first AC/DC converter in an alternating-current constant-power working mode, a second AC/DC converter in a direct-current constant-voltage working mode, a first controller and a second controller. The first AC/DC converter and the second AC/DC converter are arranged and connected back to back; the first controller is connected with the first AC/DC converter, and the second controller is connected with the second AC/DC converter, so that an isolation transformer does not need to be configured, and the problem of circulating current of flexible interconnection equipment caused by neutral point grounding on the low-voltage side of a distribution transformer is solved.
