Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a kit and a method for simultaneously detecting aedes albopictus, Zika virus, Chikungunya virus and dengue virus based on RAA technology. According to the present invention, the recombinase-mediated strand displacement nucleic acid amplification technology of the mitochondrial DNA cytochrome oxidase I gene, the Zika virus NS5 gene, the Chikungunya virus NS2 gene and the dengue virus NS1 gene is used for mosquito identification and mosquito-carried pathogen detection; mosquito molecule identification efficiency and pathogen detection efficiency can be greatly improved.
