The invention relates to an efficient flame-retardant silicon resin composite outdoor insulator castable, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 25 to 35 parts of silicon resin, 45 to 55 parts of filler, 5 to 10 parts of reinforcing agent, 2 to 5 parts of auxiliary agent and 3 to 5 parts of flame retardant, the particle size of the aluminum hydroxide is 200-300 nanometers, and the particle size of the graphene oxide is 10-20 microns. According to the invention, aluminum hydroxide modified graphene oxide is used as a flame retardant, and a composite system between aluminum oxide and graphene oxide is formed in the composite material, so that an excellent flame-retardant effect is achieved.
