The cosmetic dispenser may also include a base assembly received within the cavity of the base. The base assembly may include a base having a base plate at a first distal end of the base and a cup member at a second distal end opposite the first distal end. The cup member may be configured to receive a cosmetic product extending over the cup member. The sleeve may be movably received within the cavity and may include at least one engagement device coupled to the helical groove that slides along the helical groove to raise and lower the sleeve.
