The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out ball milling and powder mixing on Cu/MoAlB powder and absolute ethyl alcohol until the powder is completely uniform; pressing the uniformly mixed Cu/MoAlB powder into a block body; and the block is subjected to pressureless sintering, and the Cu/MoAlB composite material with a compact structure is obtained. By adopting a pressureless sintering preparation process, the equipment requirement can be effectively reduced, the productivity can be increased, and meanwhile, the pantograph slide plate material with excellent conductivity, wear resistance and lubricating property can be prepared. 本发明公开了一种无压烧结Cu/MoAlB复合材料及其制备方法和应用,将Cu/MoAlB粉末和无水乙醇进行球磨混粉至完全均匀;将混合均匀的Cu/MoAlB粉末压制成块体;将块体进行无压烧结,获得具有致密组织的Cu/MoAlB复合材料。通过采用无压烧结的制备工艺,能够有效降低设备要求,扩大产能,同时制备出具有优良的导电性能、耐磨性能、润滑性能的受电弓滑板材料。
