Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for preparing a high-strength heat-conducting composite nylon material by using a waste carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin material. The method comprises the following steps: grinding and crushing a waste carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin material or product into mixed powder by a millstone type solid-phase mechanochemical reactor, adding the mixed powder into a nylon raw material, and preparing the high-strength heat-conducting composite nylon material by a conventional screw extrusion granulation process. According to the method, high-valued recycling of the waste carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin is achieved, the total recycling concept in the field of material recycling is met, and environmental pollution caused by selective recycling of the waste carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin in the prior art is avoided.
