Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of electrolytic aluminum hazardous waste utilization, and provides an electrolytic aluminum overhaul slag resourceful treatment method which comprises the following steps: (1) crushing waste cathodes and other linings in electrolytic aluminum overhaul slag to obtain waste cathode crushed aggregates and other lining crushed aggregates; (2) the crushed materials are fed into a raw material mill to be milled, and waste cathode powder and other lining powder are obtained; (3) mixing the powder with the raw slurry according to 1-3% of the mass of the raw slurry, and blending; (4) feeding the obtained ingredients into a clinker kiln for high-temperature roasting to obtain clinker; (5) cooling the clinker, and then grinding and dissolving out the clinker in a dissolving-out mill by using a dilute alkali solution to obtain a dissolving-out solution and undissolved solid-phase red mud; (6) feeding the dissolution liquid into a leaching liquid of a Bayer process dissolution |
