Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an additive manufacturing support structure and an integrated construction method of a printing track thereof, which use an explicit and implicit mixed expression support structure, and compared with explicit expression in existing commercial software, the model data volume can be greatly reduced, and the model generation and rendering time can be shortened; in addition, compared with an explicit model, especially a surface patch model in an STL format adopted by an existing additive manufacturing technology, the method has the advantages that model feature information can be carried during printing track planning, and the printing track and technological parameters can be conveniently optimized according to topological features of the model. 本发明公开了一种增材制造支撑结构及其打印轨迹的一体式构造方法,使用显式和隐式混合表达的支撑结构,与现有商业软件中的显式表达相比,本发明能极大的减少模型数据量,缩短模型的生成及渲染时间;此外,同显式模型,尤其是现有增材制造技术采用的STL格式的面片模型相比,本发明在打印轨迹规划的时候可以携带模型特征信息,便于针对模型的拓扑特征来优化打印轨迹及工艺参数。
