The invention discloses an automatic fresh noodle machine which comprises a rack, a noodle falling mechanism arranged in the rack, a noodle and water mixing and pushing mechanism, a noodle pressing mechanism and a cutter changing and noodle cutting mechanism, a flour falling channel is arranged at the lower part of the flour barrel seat and is connected with a flour inlet hole of the mixer outer barrel; the water pump communicates the water bucket with the water inlet of the mixer outer cylinder through a water pipe; a dough extrusion opening is formed in the bottom of the mixer outer cylinder; a dough pressing mechanism is arranged below the dough extruding opening; the dough pressing mechanism comprises a primary dough pressing mechanism and a secondary dough pressing mechanism which are arranged on the upper layer and the lower layer; and the lower part of a dough outlet between the upper surface roller and the upper dough pressing roller is over against a dough inlet between the lower surface roller and t
