The preparation process of the BN-Mo2B high-temperature wear-resistant material comprises the following steps that first mixing and ball milling are conducted, specifically, Mo powder and B powder are weighed according to the molar ratio of a: b and put into a ball mill to be subjected to ball milling for 5-20 h, first mixed powder is obtained, the value of a is 2, and the value of b is 1-1.6; the BN powder at the temperature of 80-100 DEG C and the first mixed powder are put into a ball mill to be subjected to ball milling for 10-30 h, second mixed powder is obtained, and the weight of the BN powder accounts for 5%-20% of that of the first mixed powder; the second mixed powder cooled to the room temperature is placed in a plasma activation sintering furnace to be sintered, heat preservation is conducted for 0.5-3 h under
