An electric oil pump (1) is provided with: a pump unit (2) that generates hydraulic pressure; a motor unit (3) that drives the pump unit; a substrate (4) on which a control circuit for controlling the motor unit (3) is formed by a plurality of electronic components (41); and a housing (5) having a pump housing part (53) for housing the pump part, a motor housing part (54) for housing the motor part, and a substrate housing part (55) for housing the substrate. The substrate (4) is arranged along the tangential direction of a circle centered on the axis of the motor part (3).
