According to the invention, through a mode of adding stirring while ball milling, strong shearing, impact and rolling are generated, so that the silicon source and the lithium source are fully contacted and mixed, the mixing effect is improved, the mixing time is shortened, and the energy consumption is reduced, thereby obtaining the lithium-pre-embedded silicon-carbon negative electrode material and realizing the pre-lithiation process.
