The invention further relates to polynucleotides encoding such variants, and vectors and host cells comprising genes encoding such variants, where these vectors and host cells are also capable of producing such variants. The invention also relates to methods of liquefying starch-containing material using or using these variants or compositions, and saccharification thereby produced by the methods. The invention also relates to methods of saccharifying starch-containing material using or using these variants or compositions, and the sugars thus produced by the methods.
