Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for selectively recovering lithium from a lithium battery. The method comprises the following mode I: roasting a mixture of lithium battery pole powder, ammonium sulfate and carbon powder, and leaching a roasted product to obtain a lithium leaching solution; or mode II: roasting the mixture of the lithium battery pole powder and ammonium sulfate, leaching the roasted product, and adding alkali liquor to remove impurities, so as to obtain a lithium leaching solution; or mode 3: roasting the mixture of the lithium battery pole powder, ammonium sulfate and carbon powder, leaching the roasted product, and adding alkali liquor for impurity removal to obtain the lithium leachate; the molar ratio of ammonium sulfate to lithium in the lithium battery pole powder is (0.8-1.5): 1; in the first mode or the third mode, the ratio of nC to 2nMn is (0.05-0.9): 1, and nC to nMn is the molar ratio of carbon in the carbon powder to manganese in the lithium battery pole powder.
