The working parameters comprise soft landing pressure of two sides of the working roll, grinding curve radian, grinding angle and grinding speed of the end part of the grinding machine. The setting ranges of the working parameters are as follows: the setting range of the soft landing rebound pressure on the two sides of the working roll is 40-45 Mpa; the set range of the radian of the grinding curve is N + 0.01 to N + 0.02 mm; n is required standard curve radian; the set range of the grinding angle is 180-200 degrees; and the set range of the grinding speed of the end part of the grinding machine is 40-42 m/sec.
