The auxiliary device comprises a main shaft arranged in two tile mouths of the steam turbine cylinder body; the axial feeding drive and the rotary drive are connected to the end of the main shaft and used for driving the main shaft to drive a cutter installed on the main shaft to conduct axial feeding and rotary motion around the shaft respectively; and the radial feeding mechanism is arranged on the main shaft and is used for driving the cutter to feed in the radial direction.
