Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for preparing a chiral compound by extracting and splitting a raceme compound through enantioselective reverse micelles. According to the resolution method, reverse micelles are formed in a non-aqueous solvent which is insoluble in water by using a chiral amino acid surfactant, and enantiomers in a raceme compound in a water phase are selectively extracted so as to separate the raceme compound.
