Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for evaluating electrolyte resistance of an aluminum-plastic composite film, which comprises the following steps of: (1) providing an aluminum foil with a bright surface and a matt surface, coating a passivation solution on the bright surface of the aluminum foil, and baking after coating to finish passivation treatment of the aluminum foil; (2) soaking the aluminum foil in an electrolyte, wherein the electrolyte comprises an organic solvent and lithium hexafluorophosphate; (3) baking the aluminum foil in a baking oven, taking out, cooling, cleaning and wiping; and (4) testing the fluorine element content on the surface of the aluminum foil by adopting energy spectrum analysis, and representing the electrolyte resistance of the aluminum-plastic composite film by using the fluorine element content.
