Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a sodium acetate and sodium acetate trihydrate production device which comprises a reaction system, an evaporation system, a crystallization system and a drying system. Wherein the reaction system is used for enabling a sodium hydroxide solution and an acetic acid solution to react to generate a sodium acetate solution. The evaporation system is connected with the reaction system and is used for evaporating and concentrating the sodium acetate solution; the crystallization system is connected with the evaporation system and is used for crystallizing the evaporated and concentrated sodium acetate solution to prepare sodium acetate trihydrate; the drying system is connected with an outlet pipeline of the filter and is used for drying solids in the sodium acetate solution subjected to evaporation, concentration and dehydration and solids of sodium acetate trihydrate subjected to crystallization and filtration so as to prepare a sodium acetate product and a sodium acetate trihydrate produc
