Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a multiple RT-qPCR (Reverse Transcription-Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction) kit and a detection method for porcine respiratory coronavirus (PRCV), porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), swine influenza virus (SIV) and porcine pseudorabies virus (PRV). The kit comprises primers as shown in SEQ ID NO.1 to SEQ ID NO.12 in a sequence table and a probe as shown in SEQ ID NO.12 in the sequence table. The detection method comprises the following steps: carrying out total RNA/DNA extraction on a pig tissue sample, a cotton swab and other samples, taking the obtained total RNA/DNA as a template, adding the template into an amplification reaction solution prepared from primers and probes as shown in SEQ ID NO.1-SEQ ID NO.12 in a sequence table, carrying out amplification, drawing an amplification curve through software of a fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument, reading a corresponding Ct value, and carrying out result determination.
