On one hand, through cooperation of cutting-up and pulling, in the pulling process of keeping relative tension, cutting-up is carried out by taking one of the side notches and the layer notches as a guide, the end opening deformation rate is low, and burrs are avoided; on the other hand, on the premise that the transverse cutter does not need to be reset, two times of slitting can be connected, and the flat pipe cutting efficiency is greatly improved. 本发明的多孔道铝合金扁管的裁切工艺,其包括如下步骤:S1、扁管移送;S2、扁管划切;S3、扁管扯断。本发明一方面通过划切和拉扯的协作,在保持相对张紧的拉扯中,以侧部切口和层部切口中的一个为导向进行另一个划切,不仅端口变形率低,而且不会出现毛刺;另一方面在无需横向切刀复位的前提下,能够衔接两次分切,大幅度提升扁管裁切的效率。
