The invention discloses a sealant packaging process structure which comprises the steps that a film ring is arranged on the upper portion in a packaging barrel, a gap is formed between the lower edge of the film ring and the bottom face of the packaging barrel, sealant is filled into the packaging barrel till the upper surface of the sealant exceeds the lower edge of the film ring, and the film ring is attached to the inner wall of the packaging barrel; and the space between the film ring and the upper surface of the sealant is vacuumized, the film ring is sealed, and the packaging barrel is sealed.
