Zusammenfassung:The invention provides catalyst slurry for a fuel cell and a preparation method of the catalyst slurry, and relates to the field of fuel cells. The catalyst slurry for the fuel cell is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: catalyst particles, a perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin ionomer, ultrapure water, low alcohol and carbon powder, the porous carbon powder with specific properties is adopted to interact with the perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin ionomer, so that the viscosity and the stability of the catalyst slurry can be remarkably improved; and the CCM formed after coating of the catalyst slurry has good performance, and does not generate any adverse effect when the CCM is in contact with carbon of a microporous layer in a gas diffusion layer when a fuel cell is used. 本发明提供一种燃料电池用催化剂浆料及其制备方法,涉及燃料电池领域;一种燃料电池用催化剂浆料,按重量份计,包括催化剂颗粒、全氟磺酸树脂离聚物、超纯水、低级醇以及碳粉;本发明通过采用具有特定性质的多孔性碳粉,与全氟磺酸树脂离聚物相互作用,可以显著提高催化剂浆料的粘度及稳定性;并且该催化剂浆料涂布后形成的CCM性能好,在燃料电池使用时和气体扩散层中微孔层的碳接触时,不会产生任何不良影响。
