The welding method comprises the following steps that a submerged-arc welding method is adopted for welding a bottom plate of the chassis; wherein the assembly clearance of the bottom plate of the underframe is D, and D is more than 0 mm and less than 2 mm; the welding current ranges from 350 A to 380 A, the welding voltage ranges from 28 V to 35 V, and the welding speed ranges from 750 mm/min to 780 mm/min. According to the welding method, the cost can be reduced, and the fusion depth of the weld joint reaches 75% or above of the thickness of the bottom plate of the chassis. 本发明公开了一种敞车底架底板的焊接方法。该焊接方法包括如下步骤:采用埋弧焊的焊接方法对底架底板进行焊接;其中,所述底架底板的装配间隙为D,且0mm<D<2mm;焊接电流为350~380A,焊接电压为28~35V,焊接速度为750~780mm/min。本发明的焊接方法能够减低成本,且焊缝的熔深达到底架底板厚度的75%以上。
