The invention provides an antenna system, a wireless device and a wireless network. The antenna system may include at least one digital channel, each digital channel may be connected to a plurality of analog channels through a power divider, and each digital channel may drive an antenna sub-array through each analog channel of the plurality of analog channels. Each analog channel comprises a power amplifier, at least one analog channel in the analog channels is provided with a compensation device, and the compensation device can be arranged between the power divider and the power amplifier, so that the amplitude and the phase required by beam forming are obtained through the electric signals which pass through the analog channels and are radiated by the corresponding antenna sub-arrays.
