The system comprises an enterprise data acquisition end, a supervision data acquisition end, a supervision subsystem and an enterprise management subsystem. The enterprise data acquisition end acquires internal management data of enterprises participating in construction and sends supervision data to the supervision data acquisition end; the supervision data acquisition end sends supervision data to the supervision subsystem; the supervision subsystem receives and stores the supervision data and returns the supervision data to the enterprise management subsystem; and the enterprise management subsystem receives the supervision data and analyzes the supervision data according to a preset data analysis strategy.
