According to the method, a Soxhlet extraction-silica gel purification-gas chromatography electron capture detector quantification method is adopted, and the method is simple, rapid, easy to operate and high in sensitivity. According to the method, the cis-declone three-time blank adding standard recovery rate is 90.6-93.8%, the trans-declone three-time blank adding standard recovery rate is 89.2%-93.9%, and the precision degrees are 1.8% and 2.6% respectively. The high, medium and low concentrations of cis-declone and trans-declone of a soil sample are respectively 90.2%-97.1% and 90.1%-91.4%, the precision degrees are respectively 1.6%-2.6% and 2.1%-4.3%, and the lowest detection limits of the method are respectively 0.14 mu g/kg and 0.09 mu g/kg.
