Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an aluminum alloy semi-solid pulping technology evaluation method, which comprises the following steps of: respectively carrying out sampling and tensile test on a blank which is prepared by adopting a semi-solid pulping method and is subjected to water quenching and rapid cooling when the solid phase fraction is 70% and a casting which is free of a semi-solid pulping step under the same experimental condition according to the GBT228-2002 standard; processing the two groups of tensile strength in a descending order, a median rank algorithm, origin software and the like to obtain a slope K, a correlation coefficient R2 and an intercept B; solving by adopting excel iterative programming to obtain a position parameter gamma, a shape parameter beta and a scale parameter eta, and further solving a tensile strength expected value TR of the sample; and evaluating the semi-solid pulping technology according to the mechanical property consistency difference modulus Y = K/K1 and the tensile str
