Electret master batch and preparation method thereof

The invention provides an electret master batch. The electret master batch comprises polypropylene resin, a main electret agent, a nanoparticle auxiliary electret agent, a compatilizer, a coupling agent, a powder pretreatment agent, a flexibilizer, a lubricant and an antioxidant. The invention also provides a preparation method of the electret master batch. According to the electret master batch provided by the invention, stearate and a synergistic component are compounded to serve as a main electret agent, inorganic nanoparticles serve as a synergistic auxiliary electret agent, and a novel electret agent system is introduced, so that the mask melt-blown cloth simultaneously obtains excellent performance of high filtering efficiency and low air resistance; by introducing the powder pretreating agent, dust pollution of the inorganic nanoparticles in the blending process is avoided, the dispersion effect is improved, and meanwhile the adding amount of the nano inorganic powder can be increased.
