The method comprises the steps that three-dimensional scanning is conducted on the head and face of a target object, three-dimensional point cloud data of the head and face of the target object is obtained, and multiple sets of bony measuring points of the head and face of the target object are provided with marks added in advance; a three-dimensional point cloud model of the head and face of the target object is constructed according to the three-dimensional point cloud data, target measuring points in the three-dimensional point cloud model are determined, and the target measuring points comprise multiple sets of non-bony measuring points and multiple sets of bony measuring points of the head and face of the target object; according to the target measuring points, multiple target measuring items are measured on the three-dimensional point cloud model, and size information of the head and face of the target object is obtained.
