Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3) is used as an engineering strain, two key enzymes, namely glucose-6-phosphate mutase and UDP-glucose pyrophosphorylase, participating in UDP-glucose synthesis, of the escherichia coli are overexpressed, the endogenous UDP-glucose level of cells is improved, and the synthesis efficiency of whole-cell catalytic synthesis of curcumin glucoside is effectively improved; meanwhile, the UDP-glucosyltransferase CaUGT2 from the source of Catharanthus roseus is subjected to overexpression; the genetically engineered bacterium can efficiently synthesize curcumin mono-glucoside and curcumin diglucoside, can effectively solve the problem of solubility of curcumin, improves the absorption rate and biological availability of curcumin in organisms, and expands the application value of curcumin in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics |
