The invention provides an optical power prediction method and device, which can improve the reliability of optical power prediction. The optical power prediction method comprises the following steps: collecting static parameters and dynamic parameters which influence the optical power; respectively preprocessing the static parameters and the dynamic parameters to obtain static characteristic parameters and dynamic characteristic parameters; fusing the static characteristic parameters and the dynamic characteristic parameters; training a pre-constructed optical power prediction model to obtain a trained prediction model; and inputting optical power data to be predicted into the trained prediction model to obtain an optical power prediction result. 本发明提出一种光功率预测方法及装置，可提高光功率预测的可靠性；其中，光功率预测方法包括：采集影响光功率的静态参数和动态参数；将所述静态参数和所述动态参数分别进行预处理得到静态特征参数、动态特征参数；将所述静态特征参数和所述动态特征参数融合；对预先构建的光功率预测模型进行训练，得到训练好的预测模型；将待预测光功率数据输入所述训练好的预测模型得到光功率预测结果。
