Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of multilayer composite steel with a harmonic structure. According to the method, austenitic steel of an FCC face-centered cubic structure and ferrite steel of a BCC body-centered cubic structure which are two metal materials with different crystal structures are selected and distributed at intervals, the vacuum hot rolling, cold rolling and heat treatment processes are adopted, and the multi-layer composite steel with the harmonic structure is obtained through temperature control rolling. The strength and plasticity of the obtained multilayer composite steel with the harmonic structure are greatly improved, the purpose of strengthening and toughening is achieved, and a new thought is provided for a layer/net coupling interface.
本发明为一种具有谐波结构多层复合钢的制备方法。该方法选取FCC面心立方结构的奥氏体钢和BCC体心立方结构的铁素体钢这两种不同晶体结构的金属材料间隔分布,采用真空热轧+冷轧+热处理工艺,通过控温轧制获得具有谐波结构的多层复合钢。本发明所获得的谐波结构多层复合钢的强塑性得到了较大提高,实现了强韧化的目的,并且为层/网耦合界面提供了新思路。 |
