The method comprises the following steps: performing simulation analysis on target equipment based on a sample point of the target equipment to obtain a response value corresponding to the sample point; inputting the sample points and the response values into a Kriging response surface model, and training the Kriging response surface model to obtain a Kriging response surface proxy model; inputting a to-be-predicted sample point of the target equipment into the Kriging response surface agent model to obtain a predicted response value corresponding to the to-be-predicted sample point; and based on the to-be-predicted sample point and the predicted response value, performing reliability simulation analysis by using Monte Carlo adaptive important sampling to obtain a reliability simulation result of the target equipment.
