Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a carbonitriding process for a bearing part made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel, and belongs to the technical field of bearings. The method mainly solves the problems that the bearing part made of the high-carbon chromium bearing steel is high in microstructure and large in size deformation, and the depth of an effective hardened layer of a ground working surface cannot be guaranteed when the bearing part is treated by an existing carbonitriding process. The process is mainly characterized by comprising the following treatment steps: (1) carbonitriding; the carbonitriding comprises pre-carbonitriding and air cooling; (2) quenching; and (3) tempering. Compared with an existing conventional carbonitriding, quenching and tempering process, an air cooling process is added between carbonitriding and quenching, so that the method has the characteristics that the depth of an effective carbonitriding layer can be effectively improved, the grade of a quenched microstructure is prevented |
