The method comprises the steps of obtaining a target position of a terminal where a client is located according to a preset time interval; determining an alternative node based on the target position; for each alternative node, the priority of the alternative node is set by using the distance information and the transmission delay information of the alternative node and the target position, the closer the distance to the target position is, the higher the priority is, and the smaller the transmission delay to the target position is, the higher the priority is; a node migration request is sent to a server, the node migration request is used for applying to migrate a cluster node deployed by a current cloud instance of the terminal to the target node, and the target node is the alternative node with the first priority; the cloud mobile phone instance of the user can be migrated to a node closer to the user, so that the transmission delay and the networ
