The invention provides a remote film reading examination method and system, an image analysis device and a sample analysis system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring film reading related data through a film reading end; the film reading related data comprises component images and classification results thereof; the radiograph reading end transmits radiograph reading related data or examination questions to the communication server, wherein the examination questions are generated by the radiograph reading end according to the radiograph reading related data; the communication server side generates examination questions according to the received film reading related data, or the communication server side stores the received examination questions; and the communication server issues test paper generated according to the examination questions to the first user side, so that the first user side answers questions according to the received test paper. Therefore, the doctor does not need to manually
