The invention discloses a dual-power driving mechanism which comprises a cylindrical cylinder body, a lower cylinder cover arranged at the bottom of the cylinder body, a partition plate arranged in the middle in the cylinder body and used for dividing the space in the cylinder body into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, an upper piston arranged in the upper cavity, a high-pressure fluid input port I arranged on the cylinder body between the partition plate and the upper piston, and a lower piston arranged in the lower cavity.
